We have wide experience of the ways in which the construction industry and the legal industry work, and we aim to cut through the time wasting and the costs escalation, to get to our Client’s best outcome in the quickest and cheapest way possible. Put simply, our aim is to avoid and resolve disputes, not create, escalate and cash in on disputes.

We have worked on projects ranging from the very large and famous – the CTRL, Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium, the 02 Arena / Dome, the Second Severn Crossing, the Blackwall Tunnel – through many PFI projects – and individual schools, housing developments, offices and residential houses.
